Special Interview from the Editor of the Journal of Health Care Finance...

James Unland, Editor of the Journal of Health Care Finance, recently had the opportunity to interview
a veteran bond and transactional attorney regarding regulations that affect not-for-profit tax-exempt hospitals
when they are doing tax-exempt financings or are involved in major transactions, especially with physicians...
regulations that sometimes lead to 'mid-contract interventions' and other measures requiring innovative
efforts to structure and/or restructure contracts, agreements and business arrangements.
