Physician-Hospital Collaborations:  The firm has been involved in assisting numerous hospitals and their medical staffs or portions of their medical staffs to achieve some collaborative goal.  This can include the establishment of new medical practices in a community, the expansion of new practices, the establishment of new satellite offices and clinics and the formation of hospital-affiliated group practices.
