The Health Capital Group

Group Practice Formation:  The firm has formed numerous group practices over the past ten years.  These include both single-specialty groups and multi-specialty groups.  Often, these projects involve valuation services and services with respect to assisting in negotiations.   Special attention is given to negotiating the terms of the group practice formation, including working with the respective attorneys and accountants who represent individual physicians or groups themselves that may be part of a larger merger project.
