| Group Practice Formation: The firm has formed numerous group practices over
the past ten years. These include both
single-specialty groups and multi-specialty groups. Often,
these projects involve valuation services and services with respect to assisting in
negotiations. Special attention is given to
negotiating the terms of the group practice formation, including working with the
respective attorneys and accountants who represent individual physicians or groups
